Earl Robert Wallace
EARL R. WALLACE is the managing partner of Ruzicka & Wallace, LLP. Mr. Wallace obtained his bachelor's degree from UCLA in 1989 and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola Law School in 1994. During law school, Mr. Wallace clerked at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles where he assisted indigent clients in landlord-tenant disputes. Mr. Wallace represents institutional lenders, outsourcing companies and property management companies in landlord-tenant matters, evictions, motions for relief from the automatic stay, breach of lease cases and lender defense matters. Mr. Wallace is admitted to the United States District Court of California (Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts) and to the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Wallace also holds a California Real Estate Brokers' License. Mr. Wallace has served as co-general counsel to the REO Managers Association of California (REOMAC) and is a founding member of U.S. REO Partners.
